★ Timetable For Payments:

Apply as soon as possible for the seats are limited.

Nonrefundable application fee of US$50 (RMB￥350) is due by May 31 or by the date specified in letter of admission, whichever is sooner. Total tuition and other fees (includes any fees for having a single occupied room) is due by May 31.

★ Cancellation Policy:  

    Admitted students who withdraw from the Summer Session courses on or before June 16will be reimbursed 100% of their “tuition”. After June 16 and before June 23, only 50% will be reimbursed. After June 23and before June 30, only 25% will be reimbursed. After June 30, no reimbursement will be made for the tuition fee. A written request to withdraw must be received on or before those dates to receive the reimbursement. “Other fees” for hotel rooms, meals and tours will be reimbursed by the pertaining hotels, restaurants and travel agents according their policies.
