I. Basic Information
Professor SUN Liyan, born in November 1975, holds a J.S.D. / Doctor of Law and is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Law, Xiamen University. She is affiliated with the field of Constitutional and Administrative Law, with research focusing on Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law.
Professor SUN has served at the School of Law, Xiamen University since August 2000. Her teaching portfolio covers Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law for undergraduate students; Principles of Administrative Law, Comparative Administrative Law, and Foreign Administrative Law for master’s students; Principles of Administrative Law and Comparative Administrative Law for doctoral students; and English-medium courses including Law of the Sea and the Chinese Legal System for international doctoral students.
